1. 100 calorie Pack Foods (they really are good and its a set amount of food so you have to stick with only 100 calories!!! No you can't have two packs!!!)
2. Yogurt
I like the Strawberry White Chocolate. It has 100 Calories and is fat free! It tastes soooo good!
3. Popcorn
I have boughten some popcorn seasoning because I really like flavored popcorn... It really adds a lot of flavor.
4. Fruit
I try and cut up a bunch during the weekend so then during the week I have it all ready for a quick snack! It makes my eating decisions much easier!
5. Meal Replacement Bars
I don't eat these that often, but when I am just not hungry for breakfast or lunch I try and eat one of these because they are fast and easy. This way you are getting a good amount of nutritional value too!
6. Crystal Light to go Packs
For me these are soo nice! I like to have juice, but I don't want to bring a huge jug so I just carry those packets around and when I am thirsty for something other than water I will fill up a bottle of water and just add the pack to it.
Loosing is hard--gaining is easy, but if we work together we can keep it off!
