Default Any difference between capsule and tablet?

    Another question:

I was wondering if there is any difference between the capsule and the tablet when it comes to effectiveness.

Has anyone tried both and could share?

    Thanks again

Ive used both and thought the capsule had more side effects

Casules cannot be broken because they have a time release formula so your body absorbs the pill slower, where a tablet goes right into your system. I think capsules are best taken 2 hours before eating instead of 2 hours after eating, because any food in your system will make you sick with a capsule..I was also much more hungry on the capsule. The tablet can also be split up.
