Kristy, I absolutely do not starve myself or do anything "unhealthy". I have a job that requires me to stand, walk all day. In addition, I walk 3miles about 3 times a week and work out with light hand weights. I keep my calories around 1200 a day. I've probably gone over a few days but not many. I'm trying to adjust my eating habits and lifestyle so that once I'm off phen, the weight won't return. I'm still in shock about the 14lbs. It seems unreal to me that I lost that much in 1 month.
My current weight is 204.6 so watch out girl I'm trying to catch up with you
Good luck with your weightloss and be careful not to push yourself to the point where it does become unhealthy.
