I'm in Tallahassee, and I just started the program yesterday. Had I known it was a 500 calorie/Atkins type plan, I probably wouldn't have done it, but I'm willing to give it a try. I really just need a kick-start. I gained 40 pounds when I started meds for my migraines, so I quit taking that, but with a slow thyroid, I couldn't lose the weight. Has anyone found it difficult to keep the weight off once they went back to a 'normal' diet with veggies/fruit and such?
