    Default 1st 10 days...lost 3 lbs.

    Not much, but it's a start since I have been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully for three years! Maybe next week will be better.
    3/14/09 Starting Weight 215 lbs
    3/24/09 1st Dr. App., lost 3 lbs
    4/6/09 2nd Dr. Appt. 204
    4/27/09 finally got below 200 (199)

    just up your work out i have and i noticed a big drop but i am stuck now so i need to change something up.

    Eat your meals and snacks every 2-3 hours. Keep your calorie intake at 1600 calories, Carb intake at 120 grams per meal and I promise the weight will fall off. Cardio 30 minutes a day. Just try it; you have nothing to lose.

    My cardio ranges from 45-60 minutes everyday. Do a different workout each time. You have to confuse your muscles. That is when the calories burn like crazy.

    To start do something different each day. Sit-ups every other day.

    i am not losing it fast either and need to do something different soon

    Cruise April 2010 177.8
    Current 5/18/10 190.2
    ( went on cruise and since then have lost track of diet and exercise but i am back on track now )

    start weight Jan 2009 241.8lbs
    1 year total Dec 2009 185.8
    total lost 2009 56lbs

    was size 18/20 now size 12

    goal weight 175lbs 50lbs lost 15lbs to go
