just up your work out i have and i noticed a big drop but i am stuck now so i need to change something up.

Eat your meals and snacks every 2-3 hours. Keep your calorie intake at 1600 calories, Carb intake at 120 grams per meal and I promise the weight will fall off. Cardio 30 minutes a day. Just try it; you have nothing to lose.
My cardio ranges from 45-60 minutes everyday. Do a different workout each time. You have to confuse your muscles. That is when the calories burn like crazy.
To start do something different each day. Sit-ups every other day.
