I am using a bunch of different sites to find calories in food. I am also using My Fitness Pal.
There seems to be a great difference between one site and another. For example; Myfitnesspal says an egg is like 78 calories. Another site says it 135. Both med fresh eggs.
I usually don't count calories, I count carbs, but I am doing a bit of a scientific project on this.
What do you use?
