Question
i have been on phentermine since 5/11/06. i HAVE only lost 10 lbs and it will be 4 weeks this thursday. am i losing like i should?

Yes, very much so! That is between 2 and 3 pounds per week which is what is recommended. The benefits of losing slowly are keeping the weight off versus losing quickly and gaining it back. By losing slowly you are training your body in a much better way than trying to lose fast and not having a routine in place to make it a life long commitment.
I think you are doing very well. Keep it going!

I think you are doing great so far. I've only lost 7 lbs on phen and I started on 5/9/06. I'm just happy that the scale is moving down. Before, it was creeping up even with running 5-6 miles a day for 5 days and doing aerobics on the weekends.
