Hi Ladies I wish I could drink hard alcohol-it's so little in cals. If I do, I'll be sick the entire next day

I never, ever gave up my one night of drinking a couple of pitchers of beer. I knew I couldn't make this a "lifestyle" change without it. I incorporate it into my "cheat night" along with pizza.

I drank last Saturday and on Sunday was sicker than a dog. Well let me tell you my hubby and friends bet me I couldnt drink 5 long island ice teas. Me the smarty I am drank all 5 plus 6 Yagger Bombs! Fireplacenut I know exactly how you feel! Thats why I havent drank in so long and probaly will be alot longer. I prayed to the toilet all day. I hope you control it better than I did...lol

Im back at this agian....I just had a little boy on 1/14/08 and now need to get this pregnancy weight off I have lost 27lbs so far since giving birth but have a whole lot more to go.

I did not know that hard drinks have fewer calories..hm...
I only drink on social occasions and its usually a couple of beers and 2 Bacardis every two weeks, on the weekend. I find if I don't deprive myself of the things that I like and just drink/eat a lot less from what I used to, it's so much easier to keep on going. I know that I won't loose weight not that fast this way, but that way I am not constantly craving stuff.

Oh yeah, I have found that I cannot deny myself a drink (or two) every couple weeks. My favorite is a margarita at this Mexican restaurant here in town. It's 46 ounces, so I only need one and there's a ton of salt on the rim, but man oh man, that's some good stuff!
