Can someone give me the name and number of doctors who prescribe phen in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. My doctor has decided to stop prescribing phen, and is trying to push his own formula. I want my phen/adipex, whatever.

Hi, I used to go to Dr. Cherkassky, almost a year ago, but I'm pretty sure he still prescribes phentermine. His # is (817) 332-3089. His office is off Rosedale in Fort Worth. Hope that helps.

it was $100 something for the first visit because he'll do blood work and stuff, but after that its $50.00 for the visit, plus around $30 for the prescription...atleast thats what is was when I went

I just started going to a doctor in Dallas, he is a family practitioner so I did change to him as my primary care physician, but with my health insurance all I had to pay was a 20.00 copay for the doctors visit, he prescribes the 37.5mg phen & it says on the website that the doctors there specialize in weight control, his name is Dr. Paul Worrell & you can check out the website www.dallasfamilymedicine.com
