Lost Weight: -43 lbs+9lbs w/Alli Total -52lbs GONE!
Current Weight: 134 lbs
Goal Weight: 125 lbs

Started my weight loss jurney in August, lost 9lbs with the help of Alli. Started Phen in October and have lost 21ls with it. SW was 186lbs, CW is 156lbs so I have a total 30lb lose!

Oooh so here are some before and afters....
BEFORE The first 3 are this time last year and the bunny one is from March. I lost some between then and Sept but never really monitored. Lost 23lbs since Sept 22nd - no idea what my absolute total is.     AFTER These were all from the last 2 weeks or so... there are lots but I'm a bit addicted to my camera     More to follow.....

This is the regretable underwear shot... but why the hell not! I need to lose from my thighs so bad but not bulk up my calfs - any ideas?
 And finalllllllllly.... drumroll please..... here is my collarbone!

Wow!!
Hi Ladies, I am new to the site. I too wanted to see before and after pictures, so that maybe I can get on the ball. I have gained about 60 pounds in the last year, and Ladies, Im so so so depressed and in a runt. Looking at the pictures, you have GIVING me hope! You guys LOOK GREAT! Can some of you give me samples of a typical day of eating. I need all the help I can get ! Again, you ladies look GREAT!
