Lost Weight: 35lbs
Current Weight: 10 Stone 7 lbs
Goal Weight: Now I have reached it my target of 10 stone 7lbs is now changing to 9st 9lbs ....

weigh gain when stopping phen?
have you gained weight immediately or was it over a period of time because you were eating too much ?
or better still did you eating habits change and have you maintained ?

I have been off for around a month now and have pretty much stayed around the same weight, I go up and down in weight by 1 or 2 lbs here and there but pretty much maintain from where I left off. The cravings are back and I am getting much hungrier at night. I fight the temptation though. I also still exercise but I can tell my energy is prettymuch gone. I am staying strong and I get to go back on phen hopefully next week, once my blood pressure is straightened out. I know if I gain a lb or so it is to be expected because I dont go to the bathroom as often as I did while on phen.

I have had the night-time cravings as well. I keep sugar free hard candy next to my couch. That seems to help. I tried the sugar-free chocolate and that was a big mistake. Some people can eat it just fine, I'm not one of them.

i was off of phen for 4-5 months and didn't gain really but found that i was getting a ton of sugar cravings but that might be due to the fact that i my blood sugar has been wacky.
I am back on phen trying to lose the rest

I was off of phen for a month. I maintained the first 2 weeks. The last 2 weeks I gained 9 lbs but that was because I had a personal crisis and I used food as comfort.
 But the first 2 weeks I ate normal - even had some fast food and didnt gain anything during that time.I also took phen about 7 years ago and lost about 45 lbs. I did gain all the weight back and then some but over a period of 5 years and went through a gallbladder removal and a divorce during that time.

I have been off Phen since Oct 31st. And I am happy to report that I have lost a lb or two. So,
I stay within the 143- 145 mark all the time.. I still weigh my self every morning and every nite.. cause I sure dont want the weight back!!! By the way. I paid 300 to lose my weight from a weight loss dr.. so I can't blow it!!! casino11
