I just had this conversation with my Dr. today. I have not restricted what I eat, I just started eating healthier and smaller portions, that way I will be able to maintain for the rest of my life and never feel deprived. It took me a week to eat a small bag of dark chocolate M&M's, which are my greatest weakness! Before, I would eat one large bag of M&M's in one sitting. Since April 23 I have officially lost 45 pounds. I will be able to keep it off and take off more, because I can now control my stress eating and am back in control of my exercise. I plan on walking in the Breast Cancer 3 day next November, for that I will have to train hard and eat more carbs. I haven't taken the Phen in 2 weeks and have lost 4 pounds. He gave me another prescription, but I am not sure I will fill it, I have half of the other one left!
It is now my choice if I want to stop at 150 or keep going until 135. I want to lose until I am solidly back into all of my size 8 clothes, not just the few I am into now.
