Water is ESSENTIAL - with phen, or losing weight in general. It is important to drink lots and lots of water!! Just keep refilling your water bottle and chug it down!! Plus I know it helps me feel fuller.
Looks like you got back into a "slump" after coming off phen. It is important to take this as a life change - eat healthier, stay active, be good to your body! Lots of cardio, including strength training here and there is what works best for weight loss. (Everyone is different but that seems to be the most effective).
