Default Secret to making Phen work?
I am in my second day of Phen after coming off of it for three months and gaining 20 pounds back of my 35 lost = ( I want to do SO much better this time, and I will learn to finally nip what is causing me to be overweight in the first place. Are there any secrets to making this work, maybe better? How important is the water intake. I have diet sodas around and try ti limit 2 a day, and in between either sweet tea and water. My water intake is not near enough..so how important is that to helping me lose weight? Overall what I am asking are if there are any things that YOU do that you have seen the best results doing?

Hi I started back on Phen on Tuesday I was on it last year and dropped 40lbs in 3 months I didnt get anymore until now,I did gain back most of what I lost I think in part to having a job where I sit alot, my doctor gave me thyrod pills to take as well this time. So I will let you know how im doing. I dont overeat I just dont eat im not hungry now. But I think excersing will help alot. And kep up your water intake "so im told"

Water is ESSENTIAL - with phen, or losing weight in general. It is important to drink lots and lots of water!! Just keep refilling your water bottle and chug it down!! Plus I know it helps me feel fuller.

Looks like you got back into a "slump" after coming off phen. It is important to take this as a life change - eat healthier, stay active, be good to your body! Lots of cardio, including strength training here and there is what works best for weight loss. (Everyone is different but that seems to be the most effective).

The water is a really big thing. I have noticed that (I know it's TMI) if I don't drink alot of water, it's super hard to go to the bathroom. Number 2 that is. The phen seems like it hardens it or something and it's just aweful. I think I suffered with that about 3 times over the last 2 weeks. Also, taking it on an empty stomach and eating about an hour afterwards is key too. That seems to help me. I was on a break from the phen and when I went back I felt that "boost" again. It was great. I so sound like an addict..LMAO! But I do take breaks on the weekends even though I know that's when I need it the most.

The thing that works best for me is to drink only water. I cut out every other beverage. They are just empty calories. I keep a reusable water with me all all times, so I never have an excuse not to drink my water!

I have noticed 4 things that really seem to affect my weight loss each week.

One: I HAVE to drink at least 110oz of water a day!!

Two: I HAVE to eat. And eat lean meats..vegggies..low carbs...There are times where I slip up and get so busy I don't eat..and I don't lose!

Three: I excercise in the morning right after I wake up...before I eat anything and I lose more weight than if I exercise in the afternoon. Also, I do my circut training first...weights, squats, resistance training...leg lifts..etc and then my cardio on my Elliptical so I burn more calories.

Four: I have to get sleep. Lately I have been an Insomniac and I'm up to 4 trying to go to sleep..then back up at 8...yeah my weight was stuck.

But, when I do all these things it seems like I just melt. Best wishes and I hope this helps a lil!

I am a firm believer that SWEET TEA is the devil! I gained over 40 pounds in a year and I attribute most of that to having at least one sweet tea per day. Cut the sweet tea out and I bet you will notice a big difference. Also, soda......very bad....I once in a while have a DIET pepsi as a treat, but that is maybe 2 times a WEEK at most. If you cut out the sodas and sweet tea and up the water you will see great results.

Main goal: I wanna look good naked and of course have a healthy BMI. At 162 for my height my BMI would be the perfect 22
