    Default 2 Weeks on Phen

    I started taking phen 2 weeks ago 11/6 weighing 238.2lbs as of this morning I've lost 12.2lbs weighing 226.0lbs!!!! I know most of it was water but it's still pounds LOST I can't believe the changes I've already made! Yes it's still early in my journey but I KNOW I can do this. I was addicted to diet coke and fast food but I've only had 3 diet cokes (before I could easily drink 8- 12 cans a day) and the only fast food I've had is subway.
    I'm so glad I decided to give phen a try! I'm not one to take medications even when I had my kids I never took the pain meds they prescribed after.

    Sorry to ramble I'm just so excited!!!



    My second time around and this time NO excuses! Lost 23.5lbs in a month and a half then blew it and gained almost everything back

    8/05/2009 @ 213.0lbs 1 Month (-22.2lbs)
    9/05/2009 @ 202.2lbs 2 Months (-10.8lbs)
    Mini Goal: Onederland by my birthday Sept 9th ... I MADE IT!!! 9/8/09 199.8lbs!!!!!!

    Unhappy Need motivation

    Way to go Gidget. I just signed in the website last night. I have been taking Phen since Saturday and I am hopeful but very tired. I have only slept 3 hours a day for the last four days. I am not sure if I am just excited or have insomnia. I am glad to that I am making a first step though. Any sugeestion to get where you are. How did you get the weight tracker. I haven't weighed myself but maybe seeing results in writing will help. HELP!!!:

    Great loss Gidget! I'm so happy for you, getting smaller and healthier Changing your life is not easy, especially since food is always there to comfort us. It's so hard to turn down things you've enjoyed for years to stick to a healthy diet - and it's even harder (at least for me!) to stay fit and active. You sound like you're doing great!

    Trish you will do fine! As long as you stick to eating healthy and staying active (and drinking LOTS and LOTS of water!) you will see results! The phen will help you make better choices because it gives you the time to really think about what you're going to put in your mouth (instead of grabbing the first thing you see because you're starving!) I will bump up a thread I started about adding a weight loss ticker.

    Thanks ladies!!!! I have to say this forum (I live on here now lol) and my journal keep me going in the right direction

    Trish my dr recommended taking a Tylenol PM rapid release to help get some sleep. I never tried it because I have a 8 week old and she still wakes up all hours of the night. Also like Daisee said drink LOTS of water!

    Daisee your so right! I find it hard to start exercising but once I get up and moving I have so much energy and feel so much better after. I only do a video (WATP 4 mile challenge) or I walk 4 miles with a friend at the park.

    I'm glad you're so excited about your loss! That's such a great motivator! Congrats your 12 lbs!

    Do remember one thing though... for a lot of people, your loss will slow way down somewhere around your second, third, or fourth week. I'm not trying to be Eeyore here, I just want to give you heads up so you don't lose that awesome excitement when it hits! Just keep doing what you're doing and the pounds will start coming off again!

    Country thanks for the heads up I've been reading lots of posts and I'm prepared for the slow down coming. I'm sure gonna enjoy the heck out of any loss I have up to that point lol I think when the loss starts to slow down I'll give up my daily weigh ins so it doesn't bring me down. No materr what I'll still be excited becuase I KNOW I can do this I even went the past 3 days with NO phen and I think I did great besides one little reeces blimish lol

    I'm so thankful for this board and everyone here sharing your stories and giving others like me so much motivation! Thank You!!!!

    Hi All

    Just started Phen on Monday and signed up to this about 2 minutes ago. Great to see so much support on here. Felt really strange on these but I ma hoping this will settle down. My house is spotless

    I am unfortunately 234 pounds at the mo and my goal is 168.
