Well i maintained my weight, fluctuated a few lbs here and there. But went to the doc recently and she told me that i was prediabetic and that i should really focus on loosing more weight and we discussed lap band surgery! I was hesistant to the lap band surgery for a few reasons one being that i would like to get pregnant next year and another being that i would like to give phen a try again.
So the doctor told me she would prescribe phen once my migraines were under control and i got them under control called her and got my phen prescription and started it today. I am very hopeful that it will help me loose somemore of those unwanted lbs. and help my cravings since all i wanted lately was junk.
So i am back again!
I just started lurking and there are lots of newbies around. Good luck everyone.

It's good to see old faces back again. I joined a few months after you did, but I still remember you. That's so awesome that you maintained your weight without phen while you were gone!

I'm glad your doctor gave you another round of phen instead of surgery! Lap band surgery for someone under 200lbs?? Holy crap! Well, in my opinion, this forum is better than lap band surgery any day!! You can't really go talking to your stitches when you cheat and need someone to confess to, now can you?

wow lap band surgery at your weight??? I think u made the right decision for sure!!!! just hang in there and u will get to your goal in no time.....and u cantbeat this pre dibetic just watch your diet closely and exercise!!!! good luck to u and welcome back!!!!! Nice to meet you!!!!

I thought the same thing about Lapband- i think it was a bit extreme
