My first month I lost 15lbs. I have been on Phen for 6 months and averaging about 2lbs a week..
My first month was the most I have ever lost in that sort amount of time

From Mar 5th to Apr 11th. ( 36 days) 12 lbs on my own..
From Apr 11th to Sept 1st.. with the help of Phen.(4 months and 3 weeks.)-- 37 lbs..
So I would have to say that I lost the most at the start.. mostly water weight..
All and all.. I averaged 2 lbs a week. in my 6 month journey..
Now I am off Phen. and maintaining!!

lost 26lbs my first month and 68 in 4 months. I just stick to a low calorie life style always drink my water and exercise 3-5 days a week.
I lost around 36 pounds in 2 months on phen...now off phen.....havent gained any back so far...been off a month.....due to effects!!! everyone is different and will lose different amounts...but looks like here everyone is losing quite a bit....GOOD LUCK TO U ALL!!!! keep up the hard work!!!!!
I lost 8 pounds the first week and 22 pounds in 5 weeks. I probably could of squeezed a few more pounds off if I had ate a bit better. I try to eat about 800-1000 calories a day and only drink water. I tend to allow myself to cheat on the weekends being a college student and drink a little alcohol and have a dinner at a restaurant. I work out very hard though, 5-6 days a week doing about an hour of cardio, resistence weight training and Yoga twice a week. Good luck to everyone. I have vowed to leave alone cokes and fried foods for good unless it is a very special occasion and I have stuck to that thus far.

Nov 19 - 200 Minus 3 pounds
minus 22 so far, I wish it was 199 but I will take a loss over a gain anyday. 1 pound til ONEderland!!!!

Thanks for all of the answers! Gives me a bit of inspiration to kick it up! lol I was on Phen during the summer and lost 35 pounds in 3 months. I feel I could have done better. I went off of Phen for 3 months and gained 20 pounds back. Horrible. I obviously never learned to control what was causing me to be overweight. I am now in my second day of Phen and already feel better. I don't feel as swollen as I did. Water weight I'm sure. I VOW to do very good this time. I have set my first goal at 20 pounds before my next weigh in. May be far fetched, but we'll see! = ) Thanks again!
