Today is my 2week weigh in I was down from 387.3 to 387.2. I am a little sad, cause I have been working hard and eating healthy all week. Gave up pop and sweets. What happen? Any thoughts?

What is your diet in a typical day? How much water do you drink? Any exercise?
I would also want to know if you are drinking water? Sometimes if you don't eat enough your body will hold on to what you do eat and go into starvation mode. Make a food journal to make sure you are eating enough, drinking enough water and making good food choices.

I am thinking it could be a couple different things...
1.) You're not eating enough- do you know how many calories you're taking in during the day? If you're not eating enough as well as doing a lot of exercise, your body can go into startvation mode and can even cause you to sometimes gain weight.
2) With all the exercise you're doing, you're building muscle. I have found out the hard way my body builds muscle fast, so it could be just adjusting to the new routine.
Not sure if that helps- Good luck!!![]()
your body is probably going through the transition. its keeping all the food you eat because its a change from before..soon it will give up and start burning the calories.I read that somewhere lol ^_^
This happened to me after the first week. I was so discouraged because the weight came off really fast the first week and then the 2nd and 3rd week, nothing. I just kept with the exercise and water. I realized after actually logging in my caloric intake, I was not eating enough. Once I started to eat more and began taking a sublingual B-12 vitamin the weight began to come off again. Don't give up, your body will let go of those pounds, just keep it up. Log what you are eating and take measurements as well, sometimes one loses inches before it shows on the scale.
Have you been counting your calories? I know alot of people on here eat about 1200 cal a day...
Personally I log everything into Fitday.com.. That is the easiest way to track my calories.. You may not be eating enough. Just don't give up. You can do this. Keep reading and posting, there are many great people on here for when ever you need support.
