This is my first week on phen.
I feel dumb-but what does it mean when you all say water weight?

I mean when people say things like, "The first week will always be a big loss because all you are losing is water weight."

Often, the reason why people look fatter then they really are isn't because they're carrying too much fat, but too much water weight.
Water weight builds up when your body retains too much water. Often, this causes your fingers, toes, hands, and face to appear bloated and swollen. However, losing water is actually very simple. |

Tanasi is correct.....this is why you usually have a big weight loss in the beginning and then it slowly gets harder to lose, becuase you aren't losing water, you are burning fat......
Ironically the way to beat bloat is to drink water, this way your body doesn't feel it is deficient in it and it starts to excrete the water...... |

I had a hard time adjusting to the pill and diet so i gave my body a week to get adjusted before i start working out. i am on a 1300 calorie a day diet as well. today is my 1 week mark so i will start the work out today keep me posted on how youre doing!
