    This is my first week on phen.

    I feel dumb-but what does it mean when you all say water weight?

    I mean when people say things like, "The first week will always be a big loss because all you are losing is water weight."

    Tanasi is correct.....this is why you usually have a big weight loss in the beginning and then it slowly gets harder to lose, becuase you aren't losing water, you are burning fat......

    Ironically the way to beat bloat is to drink water, this way your body doesn't feel it is deficient in it and it starts to excrete the water......

    this is my first week too we can be phen buddies! i need to get a better scale, a nice one because mine is cheap and i think its not accurate (not making excuses). But yes, I did see some weight come off. I had a hard time adjusting to the pill and diet so i gave my body a week to get adjusted before i start working out. i am on a 1300 calorie a day diet as well. today is my 1 week mark so i will start the work out today keep me posted on how youre doing!






    10/21/08 208 lbs. - Dr.
    10/27/08 203 lbs. - Home
    10/28/08 202 lbs. - Dr. - Received Phen - Let the games begin!
    11/08/08 199 lbs. - Started doing Tae Bo this week! Whew!
    11/15/08 195 lbs. - no working out sicky
    11/24/08 189 lbs.
    12/02/08 186 lbs. - made it through Thanksgiving!
    12/29/08 180 lbs.
