    I am apart of this group called triangle mommies and they have a fitness section and I posted what success I have had in my weight loss. Everyone was saying that I wasn't loosing healthy and was basically trying to make me feel bad that I had lost the weight. So I did say some mean things and then said that I was sorry. I am sorry to bore you guys with this but I just needed to vent a little. I have just made it to 169 and I am very proud of myself and I don't care what anyone else thinks and I did it the healthy way. I busted my but and got good results. Thanks for letting me vent

    Many people like to put down others successes to make themselves feel better. I don't see where you're losing at an unhealthy rate. As long as you're eating good and learning better habits I don't see a problem. I think it's just them -- don't let them get to you. You're doing great!!! I used to post on the weight watchers boards all the time. However they are very negative if you mention any kind of weight loss pills or anything. I don't post on there anymore or if I do I'm careful not to mention Phen. I'd say if it bothers you either don't post on there...or be careful what you say.

    i 100% understand what you are going through. there are so many threads on here saying the same thing. People always said the only reason why i lost so much so fast was because of Phen! one of them was my sister in law and she failed miserably once she started. Its all about willpower. Phen isnt a miracle pill. Weither you lost it without a pill or with who cares weight loss is weight loss. As long as you arent starving yourself how isnt it healthy? ive lost 65lbs since july i eat very healthy foods and i cut all the junk out no red meats not greasy foods. so let them say whatever they want people are jealous and sadly alot of people show it in a negative way instead of saying congrats like they should say good job on losing what you have lost!

    garner, compare our stats, when we started, and where we are now. almost identical, and i hear the exact same thing from my overweight relatives. when we hit our goals we will flaunt it all around them. let's rock these 160's and forget what the haters have to say.

    I totally agree...they are probably just jealous!! I mean we all know here that phen is by no means a miracle pill or I would be losing 10 pounds every week like I did my first!! We are still having to change our eating habits and adding exercise to our daily routines....so we are losing healthy!!

    Keep up the awesome work and ignore all the negative people like a big brownie!! LOL

    I have a similar situation, with my sister (who has been small all her adult life 115lbs) she was saying negative things to me like "Its all about willpower" "That isn't a magic pill you know" and "Your just lazy" HELLO our not fat nor have you ever been fat so shut it!!! Yeah she got me peed off. Any way some people are just ignorant too. Like Eleanor Roosevelt said "No one can make you feel inferior without your cosent"

    I hate when people say "you lost so much because of a pill, I lost because I have willpower" Yeah but I have lost 40 pounds since April, how much have you lost in what amount of time? The Phen doesn't make you lose weight, it helps you to make the changes you need to in order to lose. I walk at least 2 miles 6 days a week, sometimes more. I do 300 crunches and squats a week, I lift weights to tone three times a week. I watch every bite I eat and only eat it after knowing exactly what it's nutritional value is, how is that a pill making me lose weight? I can freely admit, I gained weight because I am a stress eater, but if I HAD willpower I would not have eaten and gained, no matter what! It is not always a matter of "just having willpower", when people say that, they are putting themselves on a higher level than you. That is just not acceptable. What makes me the better person is that I don't rub it in that I have lost more, and I actually got help to battle my weight problem!

    Thank all of you and you are right... I am no longer going to post on there and the majority of them are on weight watchers and have alot of neg things to say. It is alot of hard work and I have worked very hard to get where I am. I am very proud of myself and all of you for your weight loss. Keep up the good work and thanks for the inspiration
