Well I did ok in the morning...
Breakfast: 2pts (weight watchers cookie, fiber)
Snack: 2 pts (string cheese)
Lunch: 4 pts (2 string cheese)
Dinner: 6 pts (3 ounces fish, 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 tomatoe -big)
Snack: 10 pts (oreos)
So that's 24pts/28pts, but I'm sure I blew it with those oreos![]()
The scale isn't budging, but patience... WI is on Saturday so hopefully it'll go well.

Afterwards I nearly beet myself down because that was wayyy out of the realm for a free day but then I realized it may of done my body good to get a blast of calories and boost my metabolism after only consuming very little calories the past week.They say your body does need a boost like that when it comes to a stand still but a fried chimichongo was a little over board I will say.lol A couple oreos would probaly been better.


So cheer up....again, it's Friday!
