Well I did ok in the morning...
Breakfast: 2pts (weight watchers cookie, fiber) Snack: 2 pts (string cheese) Lunch: 4 pts (2 string cheese) Dinner: 6 pts (3 ounces fish, 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 tomatoe -big) Snack: 10 pts (oreos) So that's 24pts/28pts, but I'm sure I blew it with those oreos The scale isn't budging, but patience... WI is on Saturday so hopefully it'll go well. |

Hey Sheena,
We all slip up now and then. I've done it loads of times and feel so terrible after that. Don't be too hard on yourself - tomorrow is another day Christine |

You may think you blew it but girl that is still A GREAT DAY!!
Its not like you a had a whopper and fries for lunch and then fried chicken, mac n cheese, for dinner and then oreos.I think your day was very good. You have to treat yourself every once n a while or you would really go off the deep end.lol Th e other day I went off phen for a day- I allow myself a "phen free" day and I went out to the lunch with a friend and had a fried chimichongo! Afterwards I nearly beet myself down because that was wayyy out of the realm for a free day but then I realized it may of done my body good to get a blast of calories and boost my metabolism after only consuming very little calories the past week. They say your body does need a boost like that when it comes to a stand still but a fried chimichongo was a little over board I will say.lol A couple oreos would probaly been better.Anyway- I think that was a fine day and you should be proud.Your doing great keep up the good work!!!!!! as a former Weight Watcher - i dont think you can say you "blew it".
you stil counted the points for everything you ate right? you didn't say "oh, i'll start over tomorrow and it doesnt count today". drink lots of fluid today and get some excercise in. we're in the real world and there are oreo's out there for us to have every now & then. |

I agree with everyone....you gotta have the "yummy in the tummy" kinds of foods. If you do not have those things that you enjoy you will crave them more often, and eventually you are going to eat the food that you want. People who do that tend to eat more than you should because you have been craving it so long. So do your body good and eat in proportion. All food can be good for you as long as you know how to balance your diet and exercise. If it makes you feel better workout and extra ten or fifteen minutes. Just do not feel guilty for being human. Good luck I know that you can do it. Please keep posting with any feelings you have it will help.

Sheena!
You are doing great! If it was me...I would not have even counted those oreos! LOL Atleast you counted them! I used to have this rule...if you eat something bad, but drink a diet soda with it...it cancels out the calories....ha ha, just kidding. You get my drift though...I think any food is okay in moderation! Think of the other side...you had enough discipline to not eat the oreos everyday....you only did it once! Don't be so hard on yourself sweetie, you are doing awesome! -Jess |

If all we ate were celery and air ........
BUT life is too short not to have a treat now and then. I believe that portion control/moderation with exercise is the key. At least it wasn't 10 oreos! Hold your head up....you are doing great! |

It's Friday!!! Enjoy the food, just consider today as a cheat day, even though you only cheated a little bit. But you still did GREAT!!!! My points would have been between 240-280...if that even exists
So cheer up....again, it's Friday!P.S. Dont want to discourage you, but I'll be pigging out this weekend because Monday is a big day for me with shots, pills, dentists, Mr. Incredible, etc. So if these pills work, my appetite will not want anything that I've adored. Which is good because I dont need 3/4's of the things I've been eating But anyway, have a great weekend!Pryce

Congrats on the loss, Sheena! And get those oreos out of the house! I just can't have stuff like that in my pantry, or I WILL eat it!

Sheena,
If it makes you feel better, I self-indulged with Chocolate Molten cake at Chili's last night. I ate good all day and had their guiltless grilled chicken....then ate the dang dessert!!! Do not feel bad about them oreo's and Congrats on the weight loss. -Brenda |
