Ive been on a week and lost maybe 2-3. Its hard to tell but if you have not been dieting and exercising previous to now, you should get great results. This stuff does WONDERS for your appetite.

thanks Sharon. I've tried to diet on my own the last 3 weeks and swear I've gained. I refuse to step on the scale. My hunger has been through the freaking SKY. I just need my appetite to be curbed and reading everyone's stories about appetite curbing...and other research I've done....I'm doing it tomorrow! I've been stalling because I deal with anxiety....it's medically managed but I don't want to go back "there". I have read posts regarding people suffering with anxiety that it hasn't had much of an effect on that so I'm going to give it a try. I'm on the lowest dose...so we'll see.

I would get bad anxiety attacks to where I have had to pull over my car. I ride sportbikes also and have had to pull over because of them. They would strike at any time. I was also worried about taking Phentermine because my Psychiatrist told me it could make them worse. This stuff has actually made me calmer and I have had no side effects from it. I have been on it for 2 weeks and NO anxietly whatsoever. I started on the 37.5. So I think you should do totally fine![]()
14 lb my first month but I did not do much exercising other than life itself....too many irons in the fire at that time. Just started my second month with a commitment to get it in this time. Good luck. It works well, but you still have to do your part.![]()

Ok so the first 2 weeks on phen I lost 17 lbs, needless to say it was a lot of water weight I had been storing due to increased salt intake. I gained some of that water back during TOM and ended up having a loss of 10 lbs my first month. I continued to lose and lost another 10 lbs last month. Now I am stuck between 5-8 lb loss. Its hard to say how much a person loses each week because I would lose nothing one week and lose 3 lbs another, 1 lb one week , 0 another. it wasnt consistant..as if I would catch up with my weight. I wouldnt base your losing on anyone but yourself though. I would want you to set your expectations as high as I did at first and disapoint yourself and feel as if it doesnt work and go back to old ways. Phen only works if you do and it wont work if you dont. I dont really care about how much I lose, I know that if I work hard and eat right that I am not doing anything wrong, I will be rewarded eventually, I may have my platoes and ups and downs, but in the end it will be all worth it. I cant say when that end will be, but it will come some day, hopefully in the near future if I keep working hard.

20 POUNDS @ MONTH 1! NOW I THINK THE FIRST 10 WHERE WATER THE REST 2-4 POUNDS A WEEK SLOWER IS BETTER.
i've lost 13 pounds in my first month. haven't exercised other than walking at work?hoping i can get into the gym this month! where are you energy?? i have noticed my clothes fit ALOT looser though. good luck!
Every week/month is different. I think the weight lose for everyone varies with many aspects considered....exercise, eating habits, your body's ability to metablize the food you eat and your thought process. Hell i think even the weather has an effect on us...LOL!!! But seriously, ultimately you have to have your mind made up to do this! Some people started off with a big drop in the beginning and others later. DOn't get frustrated...JUST DO IT! Congrats on what you have lost thus far!

This is my 3rd week on phen and my 1st week I lost -6.6 and the 2nd week i lost -4.4lbs.
I think it also has a lot to do with your caloric intake, exercise, age, and the amount of weight you need to lose. I think the biggest mistake you can make is to compare your weight loss to someone else’s. It can be a psychological nightmare if you are not doing "as well" as the next person with the same height and weight as you.

Rangerover: Gurl your so right! You've got to do you and not what go off of what er'body else does. Figure out your body and situation and work that!

I agree that it all depends. There is no one size fits all answer since all the things [B]Rangerover[B] listed affect how someone loses weight. You have to test different things for your body. What you eat, how much you exercise, how much water you drink. Even your age can be a factor. As we get older our metabolism generally slows down. Also, I know for me constipation has been a big hinderance for me. If I am constipated I am not losing. Thankfully I was introduced to this wonderful green tea call 3 Ballerina Tea which contains senna. Its been over a week now and I have been going normally everyday. I drink a cup of hot tea at each night with some lemon and am good to go. The tea has no caffiene so no worries that it will keep me up. It seems so much more natural for me to drink the tea than using all those over the counter products I was using before. Just my 2 cents on the whole weightloss debate.
My pleasure Rangerover! It has made a huge difference in my weightloss and in my general feeling of well being. When I wasn't going before I felt yukky and sluggish. Blech.
like everyone says it depends on the person. sometimes the start weight their commitment to exercising and eating correctly. my first month i lost 26lbs second month only 10lbs third month 13lbs and so far into my 4th month on Phen ive lost 8 more bringing it to 57lbs lost. i dont do anything differently then most people trying to lose weight just eat a low calorie diet drink half my weight in water and exercise Good luck![]()

I have only been on Phen going on 3 weeks now (thursday will be my 3 week mark) and the first week I lost
5lbs and the second week I lost another 7.6lbs and i dont know what I am at right now though. My trainer will weigh me again on Thursday..BUT, I am keeping track of my measurements and as of right now, I have lost a total of 10.5 inches off my entire bodyand 3 of that was literally off my waist alone!! I couldnt be happier with my results so far!! Good Luck! You will love it!!

I totally agree with slow weight loss being better and eating right etc. I was just curious what everyone's body is like.I'm definitely in this for the "long haul"....just want to get back to my normal weight I've been all my life...except for the last 7 years due to kids/initial infertility/first 2 kids within 17 months of each other.
My normal weight is 150 and a size 10. Nothing drastic.
Water weight stinks! and yeah I think I am going to float away drinking half my body weight in oz!![]()
that will be a "fun" adjustment.
