I am eating very little red meat, really watching my salt, and I don't drink soda. I dont drink anything other than plain water, and I drink about a gallon a day. I also watch my carbs and don't eat the same things everyday. I am going to stick with it though. I know that the weight has got to give and if I don't keep at it I will gain and thats the last thing I want. If I don't see results by the time I go see my doctor at the end of the month I will talk to her. I am GOING TO lose this weight, no more going to TRY! Its on!
