Good morning/afternoon Phensters
I hope everyone is doing well today. I wanted to pass along this article my DH sent me because I thought it may be helpful; it really opened my eyes a bit.
One of the hardest things for me to re-learn in my personal quest to entirely make over my eating and health habits is what is good for you? For me, one of the (many) struggles has been to find what works best for me as a PERMANENT change; and to get away from the entire notion of "dieting". To me, dieting was always a temporary thing.."I'll forgo this or that while I am on this diet." I think I have finally broken that perception. I am not on a "diet"; I have, instead, PERMANENTLY (meaning a majority of the time) changed my eating habits.
With that said, my DH passed along this article identifying healthful foods in a specific way.
For the guys: They list Whey Protein (not soy) on here. My husband has been doing Phen with me and finally using that BowFlex I got for him one Christmas. We started together on August 1st and he's down 40 lbs. and has BICEPS! He never had those before! He uses the Whey Protein and swears by it.
I understand with the tons of knowledgeable people here on these forums I may be duplicating some information, but this article has it all tied up in a neat little package. Hopefully, it will help someone else the way it has helped me.
