Woohoo
I started my phen on Tuesday and this morning (Thursday) I am down 5 pounds!. I know its water weight but it still helps the jeans fit a little better. Its motivating at the least.

ONMYWAYTOOME hey girl! Congrats!! I have lost 5lbs in 24 hrs as well!! Its crazy hah?? I KNOW its water weight too but still, its nice to see the scale move!! And I must admit, that i LOVE the energy I get from it AND I really do have to FORCE myself to eat..I have absolutely NO APPETITE and I love food too! lol You should add me as a buddy, we can keep up with each other since we both just started it at the same time and we are around the same weight! Ok so today was my one week weigh in and I am happy to say I have lost 9.4 lbs. WooHoo! I told my self I wanted to lose 10 lbs before my husband comes home on R&R and the first week I lost 9.4 so I am very happy. He comes home on Halloween so I wonder how much more I can lose in 24 days.

I think its name brand phen. Its little light blue tablets with blue speckles on them. I filled it at Wal-Mart.
