diurex question

I am thinking about getting on a water pill, well today i went and looked at walmart at the diurex brand i see there are like 4 different kinds of the same brand. There are some that have caffine then some that has NO caffine, then like soft gels and tablets and maximum(spelling?) What kind do i get? never been on a water pill. Been feeling alittle bloated lately, and not on TOM either( havnt had that since before i was pregnant and now baby is 6 weeks old and still hasnt came)Also how much of it do i take daily or a few time a week? thanx

Any one of them will work, but I don't recommend anything with caffine. It will give you a stomach ache, the jitters, or a headache. Or all three. I made the mistake of taking my phen with a cup of coffee last week. I was woozy and sweating like a pig. Having hot flashes all day and just felt faint/light headed at times throught the day.

I take the blue one with the caffiene, but I only take 1 in the morning so I can sleep at night....

someone recommended the capsule one in the pink and blue box....it does not have caffeine, I drink enough coffee that I didn't think I needed extra caffeine. I only took them once or twice during PMS because when I was on phen I felt really bloated.

they work amazing for bloat! See I dont drink coffee in the morning because i like more sugar, creamer, and syrups then coffee :P. I didnt notice mine had caffeine until Last week when I was cramping really bad and was taking 2 every 6 hours and couldnt get to bed. I usually have a high tolerance to caffiene, even with phen I am in bed and out by 9-10. but they do work amazing for TOM, I lost 6 lbs of water weight!

I would get the capsules. I think it's the box with the pink banner on it. If you get the tablets you have to use twice as much and they don't really works as well for me. Also, they turn your pee a disturbing green color! I used them, they work great

How often does everyone take them? I feel like I am already taking so much medication between the 2 phen-d pills I take a day and birth control. And then I also take MOM every couple of days because I am so constipated. I am worried about my body becoming dependent on all these drugs. Thoughts?
