Break from phen, I need help

My doctor has told me to take one month of phen then go a month without then he'll prescribe another month of it. I've been off for a week now and I've gained almost 2 lbs back! I am still eating the same as when I was on phen. I certainly don't want to order it online, it just costs way too much. My insurance covers it now so it's only $10/month. What can I do?

You can try taking green tea supplements, they give you energy and supress your appetite!

You could also try low carb. Just a suggestion.
