try step aerobics! i just finished a basic step video that kicked my butt! it was tough to finish and hard to figure out some of the moves, but i know that will improve the more i do it.

ive only been at this less than a week-but already the results are so amazing, and as hard as that workout part may be-the way i feel afterwards is more than worth it.! i pushed and talked myself through it-n after the blood cleared (lol) from my face-i feel energized, alert, n just plain out proud of myself for stickin to it! other workouts im doin (i rotate different ones for each day) are pilates, and slim n 6. to anyone whos havin trouble motivating yourself-make yourself do it-get a tape or join a gym and first thing in the morning (or whatevers best for you) put that video in and just keep trying, you're gonna mess up (hey-i laugh at MYSELF), youre gonna feel like you just cant go anymorw, but just keep talking your way thru it and u will be surprised when u do complete it-and use the motivation from the pride that will definitely come and keep trying new stuff and pushing yourself-if i can do it anyone can!!!!!!!!!!!
