Default I am very tired....?????
Hey, I am in my second week with my Phen. A couple times last week when I came home from work, I was fine and then later in the evening I grew very tired. I mean hard to keep my eyes open tired. Tonight is about the same, I feel worn out. Over the 3 day weekend I was fine, I didn't feel like this.

I dunno what would make me feel this way unless it was a combination of the Phen and working hard in the heat today, or if I am not getting enough calories, or if I am not getting enough certain stuff in my diet.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

I dont really have the answer to your question, but I can only speak from my own experience. My first week or two on Phen, I did not sleep much at all. Due to the lack of sleep/rest, I was exhausted. I also drastically cut my carb intake and figured my body was adjusting. I have been on Phen for almost 6 weeks and it has gotten much better. I hope it will do the same for you. NEW SCALES ARE 5 LBS HIGHER THAN MY OLD ONES, SO I ADDED 5 LBS TO MY CURRENT & STARTING WT AS TO KEEP MY TOTAL LOSS CORRECT.

HW 1/1/2008 - 336; CW 11/20/08 - 210
TOTAL LOSS - 126 LBS!!

I have been the same way too lately. I could crash at 7 on some days. I don't know what causes it though. Did you do extra stuff during your day that would tire you out?

Hi, I am on my second week as well and I am feeling the same way. I think it is just my body adjusting to way less calories and I have started working out. So you are not alone

What MG are you on? I take half of my 37.5 in the morning and half in the afternoon/evening. I have noticed on the weekends if I skip my 2 dose I am out like a light (sometimes I only take half so I can catch up on sleep).

How many calories are you eating? Are you eating the same amount on days you are working and days you are at home? I would think if you were out in the heat burning more calories you need to eat more on those days. Hope this helps.
