Okay, I thought I would share this with anyone that has lost the phen effect. I did the master cleanse for 3 days and started taking phen again, it felt like I had never taken them before. I had the burst of energy and it was supressing my appetite again. You are usually suppose to do the mastercleanse for 10 days but I noticed a difference after 3.
