    Default My Calorie Counter

I have a page on Spark People but it is so confusing to use. So, I got this other one that I thought I would share with you guys that may have the same problem with Spark People that I have. It's www.my-calorie-counter.com. It's free and very easy to use. They have an exercise tracker,a calorie counter and a feature that allows you to add your own foods that may not be listed. I like it much better since it doesn't have all the mumbo jumbo on it. It's clean and simple~kinda like me!!

    Hi TishaO2,

Have you tried ExtraPounds.com? If so, what do you think of the calorie counter?

    Best regards,
    Susanne.

Thank you for sharing the information! I will go to that website to check it out and see if it will help me some! I try to keep up with my calories each day. I guess so far I have been doing at least a pretty decent job. My clothes are beginning to fit a little better/loose. LOL Thanks again!!

I like fitday.com, it has all that you stated plus so much more, you can find foods and then add ones that arent on there, also you can get reoprts on all the food you eat. For example, fats you take in, carbs, proteins, nutritional intake, excercise vs calorie intake and how much you eat vs how much you burn. It has really helped me keep track.
