Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone was taking generic phentermine? Would it be better for me to take generic or get a prescription? I live very far from town, so shipping would be more convenient and cost effective, but will it work?

I don't get what you mean...Generic phen still requires a prescription. Unless by generic you mean fake, then thats pretty much what it is...fake.

Yes, ordering them online, for one, is a felony. And they aren't necessarily going to be phen. They can pretty much jam anything they want into a pill and give it to you. For safety's sake, I would go directly to your Dr.

phentermine is a controlled substance. You can only legally get it with a prescription from a doctor. There are off-shore pharmacies that sell phen without a prescription, but they are much more expensive than whatever your insurance copay is and how do you know it's the real stuff.
I think you may be talking about phentermine alternatives? Like "Phentarmine", the spelling is just slightly different, trying to make it look like the real thing when it's not.
