Questions about B12 & shots. - Phentermine.com

I have been reading the forums and getting alot of information from all of you. I have a few questions. What does B12 do? What are these shots you are talking about?

I finally figured out how to post in here!!

Im still working on getting the tracker to show up on my signature.

b12 shots are supposed to provide u with energy. It is in most multi-vitamins & in a lot of foods but some people cant absorb it that way b/c it gets destroyed in the digestive tract. So by taking a shot its absorbed through the bloodstream. A lot of doctors wont give it b/c they feel like its a rip off but I get it @ a weight loss clinic and I first found out about b12 shots @ a bariatrician's office so those are two places to look for them.
