Cascara Sagrada - Phentermine.com

Is a phen persons phrend...seriously you guys and dolls if you have a problem going to the bathroom, get some Cascara Sagrada...cost like $5 bucks at Walmart and works perfectly fine...
I take one every evening and I've not had a problem for a week now...was backed up for weeks before...lol

It's not a run to the potty thing..It's wonderful...for me it's kinda natural...

Thanks for that info.I think I will try that. That is one of the main ingredients in the cleanses I have looked at.
