i just wanna say...

I FEEL GREAT!!!!!I weighed in today and i am now 212 pounds-can u believe it? ive lost 8 pounds in three days, before i couldnt do that in a week! i feel good, ive had a couple of side effects, nothin too bad. i have dry mouth sometimes, so im drinking a TON of water-which is good for me anyways so fine with me! and today i had an awful headache and i was afraid to take anything cuz i didnt now if it would interact with the medicine, so i called a pharmacist and they said i can take tylenol-so if anyone wonders you now know u can-and now i feel fine! i take that back-IM FEELING SO FRIGGIN AWESOME!!! ive been active, watchin my calories, and doing a different type pf exercise mon-fri. i do pilates, step, aerobics, n walk the treadmill just to change it up so i dont get bored. i plan on takin my kids out on walks thru the neighborhood once all this road construction is over with in here! to all of u whove been in touch thanx for the support, n to anyone who needs it-i love to listen n help others so give me shout if u need it!!!
