Welcome! I have been on Phen since Wednesday, so I guess 5 days, and I have lost 10 pounds as of today. This is what I do- I take my Phen at about 7am on an empty stomach, then take a dropperful of the b12 liquid that I bought at Walmart. Then I go for a 30 minute walk. (bring some water) Then when I get home I drink a protein shake. Mine is the FirstFitness Body FX shake. I also take their Lipomax wich is a liver cleanser. and, their womens essentials vitamins. I am trying to emmulate what the weight loss center in my town would do without spending the big bucks! Basically Phen-B12-Lipo(something to cleanse your liver)- 1,000 to 1,200 calorie diet- and excercise. You have to set your mind to and be diligent. I finally decided that I feel like crap when I eat to much and weigh to much, so if I have to go thru this and feel like crap because I am not eating as much as I want to or the things I want to, at least I will feel good and look good! I made a commitment to God , Myself, and to my husband. I think that really helps for my because I feel accountable. I also cut out sweets and soda. I have to see results, or I get frustrated. I understand where you are coming from. I hope this works for you too- let me know. Also drink a ton of water, that is all I drink. I also recommend the book Never Say Diet by Chantel Hobbs. She used to weigh over 300 lbs, and has lost more than 200. without any meds. She is a beautiful person who is very inspiring. I hope this helps you, and keep in touch.
