    Default Low carb diet? What are u eating?

    Im thinking of going on a low carb diet instead of the diet that my dr put me on which basically wants me to eat hardly anything. The pill helps but doesnt totally take away my appetite. I still get hungry so i wanted to know if you are on a low carb diet what do u usually eat through out the day. Today i had some chicken cooked in pam with some cheese and tomatoes. tonight my hubby wants to go to red lobster, but im scared to eat because i dont know if i should be eating the things i think i should. so if u are on a low carb diet and its been working, please tell me the different things you usually eat, thanks

    Hi Tracy,
    Girl go on to Red Lobster...you have any of the grilled fish or seafood...just eat mixed veggies with it
    instead of the baked potato..and DO NOT EAT THE BISCUITS...lol...seriously tho the shrimp and fish
    are loaded with protein and when you do low carb, you must do high protein and high fiber...very high
    fiber...

    I've been on the low carb..if it's white or has anything white in it, I don't eat it other than eggs of course...Like no sugar, no flour, no potatoes, ETC...

    I know how to follow a low carb diet, ive been dieting ever since i can remember, but dieting on phen is new to me, i didnt know if i should do low carb or low fat, low fat has ALOT less options when it comes to food. if i was doing low carb i could have any seafood but i was scared of the butter it has alot of fat in it, i know it has no carbs but would the fat make me gain weight even tho theres no carbs in it.
