
well, I guess it's a start
Today was my 1st week Weigh In. I am down 1.8lbs!
Not really thrilled about it, but happy it's a loss!! I have been busting butt trying to do good this week. I have done 30minutes of cardio 6 days, and as far as my eating goes, I am following Weight Watchers.. love thier plan.. I've done it in the past and had really good success.. but I haven't even been eating all of my points.. the calories have been 1,050 - 1,400 cals a day. Lots of veggies, fruit, dairy, whole grains, WATER you name it... the works!
I guess what I am trying to say is that... I just thought it would be more for my first week. I am happy with a loss though...and I hope things at least just stay consistant.
