Well firstly, what type of diet are you on? A lot of us aren't really on "diets" so to speak. . . but rather just eating healthier and changing our eating habits. Phentermine shouldn't be a diet supplement. . . it should help you to control portions and make better decisions about what you eat, so you can have long term success with your weight loss. Personally I am doing a low carb / low calorie lifestyle at the moment, and I eat 3 times a day, 7am, 12pm, and 5pm. . . with very little snacking in between. I've lost 12.2 pounds in a week.
