Good morning board. What are you having for breakfast. I just had a multi-vitamin and my usual protein shake. What is everyone else eating???

What up Billy....I LOVE LOVE your threads by the way...the are crackin' me up....
I havent had breakfast yet...but I will have an EAS protein shake too...from reading alot of your other posts I think we are on VERY similiar weight loss programs...WAY LOW CARB, SUGAR, CALORIES....only 500 calories of lean protein....certain amounts of servings of veggies...low carb of course....I really like the program...but have been at a COMPLETE STAND STILL for two weeks...really bummed about it...but i have started exercising...four times a week...pretty intense...so I hope its the whole starting a new exericise program saga...and then the weight will start coming back off...sigh......
But congrats on your success so far!!!...You are a great addition to the forum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Busted.

Ok - eating breakfast is suppose to be the best thing in the world for you for so many reasons. And I wish I could follow the plan that makes breakfast your biggest meal of the day .. makes sense.

BUT I JUST CAN'T - if I eat breakfast, it's like i set my body to eat (and eat) the rest of the day.

I woke up hungover... lovely
So, what does a hungover person want to eat for breakfast? Something VERY unhealthy!!! lol
However, a really awesome coworker of mine is on a health kick too and he had this sausage egg mcmuffin in the fridge, but it wasn't your typical deal...
turkey sausage, egg white, skim cheese all on a whole wheat english muffin!!
I was rather impressed!! So, this weekend, i'm gonna go find em and they will take up residents in my fridge!

I am having coffee right now. Not much of a morning eater. I usually get sleepy if I eat early but I will probably have some fruit (melon maybe) mid morning.

One hard boiled egg, lite whole grain English muffin(Thomas brand), fresh fruit. Sometimes I will make a yogurt parfait with fat free, sugar free vanilla yougurt, berries, a little healthy granola for crunch and some chopped walnuts. Of course one or two cups of good black coffe and that seems to keep me satisfied. My husband has been eating pretty much everything that I am eating, in slightly larger amounts and he has lost 25 lbs in 3 months. My feeling is, I don't like drinking my meals, need to chew something to feel satisfied so protein drinks don't do it for me. You are doing great Billy, keep your eye on the prize.
