There was a link someone else posted before I need to find it. It had some really good recipes using cauliflower. They make it into like a crust....I use it and make an egg casserole. I HATE cauliflower but this is very good...you just mix the cauliflower, egg and cheese together. I'll post the link tomorrow.

Where did you get your program from???...I am on something very similiar...500 calories of protein....two servings of veggies a day...some cheese....some nuts....a little peanut butter twice a week....sf jello....do you go to a ww clinic?...
I have become very fond of egg white omletes with veggies and turkey sausage...its really great...and there are only about 1000 things you can do with chicken...tehehehehe..and the EAS protien shakes...they have 25G of carbs a serving and only 150 calories.....way low carb and hardly any sugar...if any.....
I love turkey pep with a piece of the baby bell cheese wheel (only 35 calories no carbs no sugar...they are great)....
Let me know if that is the type of diet your doing?

I actually kinda just made up the diet. Im not following a book or anything. I just look for food with very low carbs. The EAS shakes I am having only have 2 Carbs in a container. They are in the silver lining and are called Carb Advantage or something. I also have been having eggbeaters. Im not measuring food or anything. I just put about half on my plate from what I normally used to eat. It doesnt leave me hungry because im not even hungry when I eat it! I love Phen! Also, some Chicken ideas....I have been cooking the breast in with olive oil and once it is done, pouring white wine, capers, and onions (cook the onions with the chicken first) a little lemon juice, garlic and cooking it over medium. It is pretty good! That is my latest invention of the week. Also, tacos (minus the shell) fix just like reg tacos, add lettuce, cheese, and a little sour cream ( i go very light on this) and its good. Pork chops cooked in marsala wine. Grilled steak all the time. I need to lean more towards more lean cuts of meat. And, I am hooked on the SF jello!! lol...i but the prepackaged ones out of the cold section and they are super good! Never thought I would go for jello, much less SF jello!
