Well, it finally happened
After 28 pounds, my husband came home from work yesterday and said: "You look really good, have you been losing weight?" And you know what? I wasn't happy. I was actually kind of irritated lol. I grumbled a quick "uh-huh" and went on my about my business. I've been thinking lately that nothing is going to make me happy. I always find something to hate myself about. For years it was my weight. Now that I am losing, I still hate the weight but not I have this damn acne issue too that has been wrecking my esteem. I have been finding though that the Apple Cider Vinegar is working wonders. I use it, then dab some acne cream on and things have been getting better daily, But I mean, what's next? Ugh.
On a side note, does anyone use a pedometer? I have a hard time right now finding time for walking. I've been gutting my property. It's infested with ivy and creeping carly and blackberry. So I have been pulling weeds, cutting down trees, raking. And it's hard work and I'm drenched with sweat at the end of a very long day, but I still feel guilty for not going for an actual walk. My nutritionist said to get a pedometer and follow the 10,000 steps rule, so I was just wondering if anyone else did this.
