I posted on the How many calories are you eating a few minutes ago. Can anyone tell me when I will be able to eat more? I can hardly get 500 calories in. I love losing weight this fast, (10 pounds in 5 days) but I am light headed, and the thought of food is awful. It's like when you are just getting over the flu feeling. I'm hungry, but would rather drink water then eat. I started taking a multi vita today hoping it helps. I'm so scared that I will gain every bit back. And I feel guilty if I eat a string cheese!!!!!!
Any thoughts? 







But if you don't eat something your body will hold on to anything that you will eat later and thus stop your weight loss. Believe me, I found out the hard way!
