I feel the same thing about not wanting to really eat that much, I was just eating like that because I thought I was supposed to.. you read all this stuff about how really low cals can make your body go into starvation mode and it like eats your muscles.. lol..lol.. or whatever it says..lol! I'm gonna try to cut back and only eat when I am hungry and when I think I should, like before I workout or something. I guess I get caught up in the rhythm of the day:
7:30am start work, take pill
8:30 eat breakfast
10:30 eat snack
12:15 lunch time at work.. eat
3:00 snack
4:30 get home from work, eat snack before workout
7:00 eat dinner
LOL..thats weird, I just realized that I just go through the motions of the day because that is what my mind and body have been trained to do.. workin this job for so many years.. i guess i got into some habits I didn't realize..LOL.. thanks for your help!!
