
I did it - small victories!!!
Thank you Cmarie and Thin -- tonight I made it 40 minutes spinning!!!

I felt inspired and adjusted the tension on my bike, and repositioned how I held my feet on the bike. I also did a slower steady ride, with only a few inclines. Drinking more water also helped, I drank 30oz!
Also, tonight I got into the tub to shave my legs because I had not done it in awhile

AND when I was in there I notice I was smaller in the tub! My legs also looked really damn good and more toned - even DH commented on them.
