Default I did it - small victories!!!
Thank you Cmarie and Thin -- tonight I made it 40 minutes spinning!!! I felt inspired and adjusted the tension on my bike, and repositioned how I held my feet on the bike. I also did a slower steady ride, with only a few inclines. Drinking more water also helped, I drank 30oz!

Also, tonight I got into the tub to shave my legs because I had not done it in awhile AND when I was in there I notice I was smaller in the tub! My legs also looked really damn good and more toned - even DH commented on them.

Hey, MOM! You are doing it at home aren't you? What kind of bike do you have? I thought about getting one and trying it. I really think I would enjoy it. I looked online earlier at bikes, but was sooo lost. Any recommendations?

The pain in my thigh was not nearly as bad. I think it had something to do with the position of my legs on the bike.

I do spin at home. I have a Spinner Pro by Schwinn. It was bought about six years ago.
