 My arms have got to be the most toned part of me (if only my tummy were as toned...  )So anyway... here's one of em! lol  That spare tire aka muffin top, has got to GO!!! Starting the Body For Life challenge at around 152, i'm sure... I haven't weighed tho... so we shall see! |

I thought I was gonna get to see a man! Just teasing! Great job! My arms aren't huge, but they're not toned anymore. They look the worst in the window reflection at McD's drive thu. UGH! It makes them look HUGE! And it makes me feel a teeny tiny bit guilty that I'm eating junk at McD's!
