Question about going off Phen - Phentermine.com

For those of you who have taken Phen and then stopped can you tell me how hard it is or what a big difference you have in your appetite. If you get past the first day does that mean you will be ok or does it get rough a few days later?

I'm asking because I threw away my phen by accident. They won't let me get any more until my next scheduled appointment which is in 2 weeks. I made it through yesterday and so far today but I'm worried any second this hunger will come back with a vengeance.

Thanks for any insight you can give me!

It's hard, but as long as you keep yourself motivated and on track you'll be fine. Last year when I went off of it I didn't experience any withdrawal or anything of the sort - but it was harder to control the appetite! Good luck!

oy vay, sorry hon. but u will be fine. just keep up the food portion and exercise. eat more fruits along with ur water. it may seem like its the end of the world but its not. i have been off phen for over a month now and i have continued to eat small portions and getting some exercise in.

Trust me u will be fine.

You could try getting some over the counter appetite supressants until you are due for a new script. They won't help as much, but could definitely keep you on track!!

hmm I think you should stay off everything - this way the phen will prob work better when you get back on it, AND to see for yourself how you do without anything. Assess how well you do, and make adjustments when you get your phen back to correct problems you might have with your habits.

Well the first 2 days haven't been THAT bad so I'm hoping that it will stay like this! If it does I might not go back on it
