Today was my weigh in day for the week, i weigh every week and only weekly,
i lost another two pounds, amen im so happy.
that makes me 18 pounds gone..... in 5 weeks . just wanted to tell everyone and thanks so much for the great help all of you have been to me....

That's fantastic! I know it's very moving to see the scale continue to go down!!! Great work with your loss so far .. . keep it up!

thank you ... yes it is. and i really didnt feel like i had done good this week i have just been kinda down, and NOT dranking my water like i should so i was very happy i still lost, thanks again

I am so happy for you, this is not easy this week was very hard for me I live in Florida and this past week with all the rain and dark days all I wanted to do was eat. This is not an easy fight I pray to God every morning that I am able to fight this battle. I have a long way to go but like yoy I will get there. Keep loosing!!!!
