To be working again. Thank goodness

I had to have a break from Phen as it had stopped working as well for me

However I am back on it and I have lost 4 lb since Wednesday.

How log did you take a break for?? What happend to your weight during the break? Congrats on the 4 lbs!!!

I took a break of about 4 weeks altogether and put on 6lb. however I was not at all selective about what I ate. !

I really should have known better tho.
