To all of you who have made it through the first month or even the first week with phen stay strong. I have faith in us all. Keep up the good work I believe we can all reach our goals, the road ain't gonna be easy but we can make it I know we can.

Taebo 8minute workout in the morning Taebo boot camp in the evening 1mile treadmill walk daily Play a game of basketball with my sons every friday
